what's iit-chiang??? "get up" in cantonese? hahaha I got hubbs to translate most of what your Hubs was saying... hahaha (we're all Teochew but hubbs knows a bit of cantonese)
I dont think it means anything. I think it is just a sound you make to babies to amuse them..Think its something like peek-a-boo..?
